MARCHE I.G.T. PASSERINA
The name commemorates the batthe that freed
Ripatransone (where the vineyard is located) from
Francesco Sforza. This is our female wine: a delicate,
flowery, intriguingly scented wine. Suitable even for
aperitifs, summer evenings and informal occasions.
The name of the grape variety, “Passerina”, stems
from the small size of the grapes and the fact that the
sparrows show a passion for its grapes with their
particularly tasty pulp.
